Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including any resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Any violation of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where warranted. 238 reserves the right to restrict access for users who breach these terms without any form of compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 238 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Successful deposits will be credited to your account upon payment confirmation. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to security checks and the applicable transaction limits.
238 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect users against fraud and unauthorised account access.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's payments section.
- Failed or invalid transactions will not be processed, and funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
- Any fines, taxes, or charges related to transactions are the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian tax laws.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
238 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. In certain cases, any valid remaining balance may be returned upon completion of the investigation, at 238's discretion.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 238 platform shall be resolved through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction.
